Del Prado Collection

Does anyone is having trouble with Del Prado collection minerals getting on time? I have received 5 shipments on time and sixth one I am waiting for since last 6 months. When I call them, they keep on saying that it is on back order. This shipment I will also be receiving my display wooden box. Let me know if anyone has same trouble and resolved? Or any other ideas?
